1. Schedule a free local pickup
Free pickup and delivery for dental practices across the Chicago Northwest suburbs and the North Shore. Same-day pickup available if you call before noon.
We serve: Mount Prospect, Arlington Heights, Palatine, Des Plaines, Rolling Meadows, Schaumburg, Park Ridge, Buffalo Grove, Wheeling, Elk Grove Village, Hoffman Estates, Prospect Heights, Glenview, and Northbrook.

2. Ship via Green Light Express
Outside our pickup route? Send your case through Green Light Express, the dental courier service we use, to:

Include a completed RX form and your contact info. We cover return shipping on standing accounts.
What to include with every case
- A clean, accurate PVS impression of the prep arch with full margin capture
- Opposing arch impression
- Centric bite registration
- Shade — VITA tab plus an intraoral photo for anterior cases
- RX form with patient name, tooth number, materials, and seat date
- Any prep, occlusion, or patient notes you want us to consider

What if I'm outside your pickup area?
Ship via Green Light Express, the dental courier we use for cases outside our pickup route. We'll cover return shipping on standing accounts.
What impression material do you prefer?
A clean, accurate PVS impression with full margin capture works best. Send the opposing arch and a centric bite registration with every case.
